Goals

I wanted to update you on how I did with my May goals and present you with my new June goals.

May Goals
1. Lose a few pounds. - I lost about 2lbs but want to lose a few more

2. Eat more fruits and vegetables. - I did accomplish this goal and want to keep incorporating new fruits and vegetables in to my diet.

3. Try to do 5 chin ups on my own (I can do about 3.5 right now) - I am at about 4-4.5 so I am getting there but definetly need to keep working on this

4. Take one yoga class a week - I am so proud of myself for sticking to this goal. I even enjoy going to yoga now so this week continue to be a goal of mine.


June Goals

1. Loose weight and/or see differences in my measurements.

2. Try to eat vegetarian twice a week.

3. Create a variety of food in my daily/weekly meal plans.

4. Increase my protein intake daily.
