May Goals
1. Lose a few pounds. - I lost about 2lbs but want to lose a few more
2. Eat more fruits and vegetables. - I did accomplish this goal and want to keep incorporating new fruits and vegetables in to my diet.

4. Take one yoga class a week - I am so proud of myself for sticking to this goal. I even enjoy going to yoga now so this week continue to be a goal of mine.

ReplyDeleteI'm really trying to increase my workouts and eat healthier this month. Bikini season (or, just one day in July I have to be around hot chicks at the beach) is coming soon and they have cameras. Not cool! :-)
