This morning for my breakfast I made a banana peanut butter smoothie.
|Ingredients for my smoothie minus the banana|
1 banana chopped
1 tbl all natural peanut butter
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbl wheat germ
1 tbl ground flaxseed
1/2 to 3/4 cup soy milk (depending on how thick you like it)
4-5 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
